Order Delivery Time

Order delivery time consists of two parts:

Processing time: Inclues order verification, customization, quality inspection and packaging. All orders will be sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 72 hours after order placement and payment confirmation.
Shipping time: The time required for the goods to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination address.

Regional Standard Shipping Time (In Stock Items, with Secured Shipping & Insurance)

USA & Canada: 2-4 Weeks
AUSTRALIA & New Zealand: 2-4 Weeks
U.K & EUROPE: 2-4 Weeks
Other Countries: 2-5 Weeks

Shipping Service Types

Insured Shipping: If the item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge upon receipt of sufficient proof.
Priority Insured Shipping: Your order will be prioritized in our daily dispatch list to the manufacturer. Delivery time may be similar to standard shipping (depending on order volume), and the item is also covered by insurance.

Important Shipping Notes

Some products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to our multiple warehouse locations.
Tracking numbers may take a few days to a week to update with valid information. We recommend tracking your order via third-party platforms such as https://17track.net.
Shipping time may exceed the estimated period for some countries, and may also be delayed due to high order volumes. We will prioritize product quality while arranging shipments as soon as possible, and appreciate your understanding.

Order Change Request

If you need to modify your order, please send an email to kl5815296@gmail.com within 24 hours of order placement, and we will assist with the required changes. We cannot make any modifications once the order has been shipped. Please double-check the size, color and other details before placing an order to avoid inconvenience.
